Afroteq Building Maintenance Clients

A stress free solution

Afroteq Building Maintenance was established out of a specific need for those who don’t have the time, experience or onsite resources to oversee quality repairs and maintenance. As such, we provide stress free solutions that are ideally suited to manage the unique requirements of your company – be it office, warehouse or retail premises.

As an associate of Afroteq Facilities Management, this relatively new service offering shares the same principles of exceptional service and quality that clients have come to expect from Afroteq. This relationship also enables us to draw on our pool of collective resources such as the Design expertise and Facilities management best practice, to ensure that you get the most intelligent and holistic solution possible for your every building maintenance need.

The clear advantages:

At Afroteq Building Maintenance we believe that good service should be proactive and not reactive. As such, we pre-train our suppliers “the Afroteq way” via the Afroteq Academy. We also hold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all of our contractors.

It’s important to us that the right people do your job and get it right the first time. To this end we constantly monitor and evaluate the quality and level of service that our clients are receiving. We understand that there is nothing more frustrating than having to repeatedly call servicemen back to finish incomplete or substandard work.

As a Building Maintenance client you can expect workmen who will:

  • Arrive on time.
  • Bring their own tools and equipment.
  • Be neatly dressed in an easily identifiable uniform.
  • Respect your property.
  • Use their initiative. For example, if the team was called in to fix five light bulbs, they will check to see if any others need replacing too. If so, they will then ask your permission to replace any additional bulbs. This forward thinking reduces unnecessary repeat visits and workflow interruption for your staff members.
