Afroteq Announces a New Academy Course
Afroteq Facilities Management is pleased to announce the addition
of yet another course namely Service Delivery for FM Service Providers.
Facilities Management include a host of support services often outsourced
to various service providers and subject matter experts. One can understand
that these companies have their own service culture, service offering,
quality assurance and measures for safe operations and compliance. The
question is - how does the contractor’s service and safety culture
conform and align to the client’s culture?
Coordinating and dovetailing services for reliability, safety and efficiency
is a challenge in an ever changing economy and business environment and
we have identified that there is a lack of understanding and insight on
how to align service delivery to this dynamic environment called Facilities
Management. This hold true particularly for young BEE companies entering
the service market.
This course is developed and aimed at:
- Contractors (big or small) who provide services to the Property and
Facilities Management industry.
- Mid Level Managers and Supervisors responsible for service delivery
within the client & contracting environment.
- Customer Service people who wish to obtain an understanding of Facilities
Management, its related dynamics and the regulations driving the industry
Property & Facilities Managers will be wise to pre-qualify their
contractors through certification of attendance of this course.
